- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless there are defects in the product.

- Custom Print Note Books & other accessories
- Custom Print Wears
- Customized Uniforms
- Process for Returning an Item:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@stitchlo.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Inspection of Returned Items:
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned items.
- Approved Refunds:
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X days].
- Late or Missing Refunds:
